VOVK is a small studio built around underwriting discipline

We help property investors make calm, evidence-based decisions. Instead of chasing hype, we focus on repeatable analysis: realistic rent ranges, expense baselines, financing terms, and capex timing. Every deliverable is meant to be shared with the people involved in your deal, from brokers to lenders.

Our work is educational and planning-oriented. We do not sell investments, we do not accept client funds, and we do not guarantee returns. What we can do is improve your process and reduce costly surprises by making assumptions explicit and stress-tested.
